December 22, 2008 - Prince Zuko and Aang the Avatar have accidentally stumbled into a time machine and are now five years old! Orrrrrr not -- the art design in this game has just chibified them into cuddly little bobble heads. That's fine, we can handle the anime influence on a cartoon that is already practically anime. What we can't handle is the lame control system and wonky combat. The Path of Zuko is not the first Avatar: The Last Airbender videogame, but it might be the least exciting.

Players control Zuko during events that occur in the third season of Nickelodeon's popular TV show. To spoilerize: maybe he's not as bad as we thought! In essence, The Path of Zuko chronicles his change of heart, and even though the expository text says, "It's up to you to decide where the Path of Zuko takes you..." this game has little (read: zero) depth. You do the right thing, of course, and help Aang on his quest to restore peace to the elemental kingdoms.
