you mean the programme or the torrent?
i'm seeding, so i guess the torrent is working fine...
both the diet and the training have worked pretty fine with me, but there is no miracle: you must work hard

yea, i been doing similar stuff but based of "leangains.com". Intermittent fasting + 3-4x a week compound lifts, and now im jacked bruh. Requires very hard work and dedication tho. It's painful.

i guess the basic idea of the renegade diet is pretty much the same of lean gains: doing 16h fast every day. I dunno much about lean gains, but in the renegade you leave all carbs for the 3-4h window after your workout.
I'm combining this with Eat Stop Eat style (24h fast once or twice a week) and doing Turbulence Training for fat loss torwards 9%BF
