A new enemy has appeared in the city: this is the Dead Moon Circus (Dead Moon Circus), under the orders of the beautiful but wicked Queen Nehellenia. The Dead Moon Circus is in search of Helios / Pegasus, guardian of Illusion, a realm connected to King Endymion, and without having taken which is not possible to obtain the powerful Golden Crystal kept inside the horn of Helios / Pegasus. Elios, in the form of Pegasus, however, is hidden in the innocent dreams Chibiusa and gave the sailor warriors of the new powers. But, as the Dead Moon Circus is gaining ground, the health of Mamoru precipitated. It's time to fight back for Super Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Venus and Sailor wars.

Un nuovo nemico è apparso in città: si tratta del Circo della Luna Spenta (Dead Moon Circus), agli ordini della bellissima, ma perfida regina Nehellenia. Il Dead Moon Circus è alla ricerca di Elios/Pegasus, guardiano di Illusion, un regno collegato a King Endymion, e senza aver preso il quale non è possibile ottenere il potentissimo Golden Crystal custodito all'interno del corno di Elios/Pegasus. Elios, sotto forma di Pegasus si è nascosto però nei sogni innocenti di Chibiusa e ha regalato alle guerriere sailor dei nuovi poteri. Ma, man mano che il Dead Moon Circus guadagna terreno, le condizioni di salute di Mamoru vanno precipitando. È arrivato il momento di contrattaccare per Super Sailor Moon, Super Sailor Chibimoon e le altre guerriere sailor.
