Full 1080p always (no lo-res hiccups), some drop frames during the first 30 seconds because stupid V-sync issues on Windows 10, but most of them were fixed with AVISynth. Encoded with x264 using CRF at 20.5 for constant quality, real 5.1 surround sound for both audio tracks encoded using the official Dolby Digital encoder, and forced subtitles for foreign dialog.
