Screw Winamp. Go to to http://xiph.org/dshow/ and get DirectShow filters for WMP12, and plac .flac in WMP12.
Also some of these files are stupid .ape, srsly. Couldn't have converted them before hand to .flac?\n
Go to http://www.audio-transcoder.com/how-to-convert-ape-files-to-flac and convert the .ape to .flac
