Why 'only' 192kbs?

Through experience and extensive blind testing with an iPod Classic and professional Shure SE420's, I've come to the conclusion that I CAN NOT tell the difference between the original CD sound and a 128kbs AAC encoded rip. But just to be sure I encode them to 192kbs anyway. Anything above that is really just wasting bandwidth, disk space and battery power on your digital audio player.

I know some audiophiles will disagree, but I really couldn't care less and neither should you.
