Nada yoga is a 2,000-year-old pathway to higher consciousness, enhanced health, and deeper levels of perception, developed in the esoteric spiritual schools of India. Russill Paul left his career as a film musician and took up residence in an Indian monastery where he devoted himself to deeply mastering this powerful art form. On Nada, Russill’s remarkable chanting is accompanied by his own ten-stringed hybrid instrument called a Unitar, bansuri flute, Indian percussion, sarangi, and tanpura. Nada can be used for meditation, or to fill up a room with uplifting energy. Chanting along is almost irresistible.
