I got this program form a friend that is a beta tester of GTA 4. The game might have some bugs, but its full playable. All you need to do to run this program is:

1. Start it (Might need admin acess)
2. Log in with username: Jonsterand password: McLovin2684
3. Choose where do download the game (it will auto install into that folder so choose your game folder)
4. Now you can run the game with no crack or serial.
