**NOTE, YES this still has background noise and can be annoying on the PC for sure. (I think it looked MUCH better even after burned onto a DVD and played on stand alone) I have "tried ever filter I have to reduce it with NO luck. I have only enhanced the colors some and cleared up a few things that I could and resynched it with (PocketDivXEncode) ..(NO clue where the starting source came from .. sorry)
