This is a patch for SimCity 4 which cannot be downloaded from the official site without an unused serial number.



It fixes the night-lighting issues that occur with user-created buildings and lots.



If you don't have a serial number for whatever reason, download this patch. Otherwise getting a hold of it will be extremely difficult.
