trama

Ispirato a una storia vera, "The Possession" è la terrificante storia di una famiglia costretta a
restare unita per sopravvivere all'ira di un'indicibile forza del male. Clyde (Jeffrey Dean Morgan)
e Stephanie Brenek (Kyra Sedgwick) non vedono grandi motivi di preoccupazione quando la loro figlia
minore, Em, diventa stranamente ossessionata da una vecchia scatoletta di legno acquistata a un
mercatino. Ma quando Em comincia a comportarsi in modo sempre più bizzarro i suoi genitori cominciano
a temere che una forza malevola si sia insediata fra loro. Alla fine scoprono che la scatoletta era
stata costruita per contenere un Dibbuk, uno spirito smarrito che abita e prima o poi divora l'umano
che lo ospita.
