Long war is claimed by the mod devs to only work on original copies. Edit: I tried to install it quite some time ago. You might have some luck in your attempt.

Can't play with mode Long war 14i for enemy within. After instaling can't start the game. Error 0xc0000142, how can i fix it...

yes it is false positive as i´m sure you want me to disable my AV, then put this file on the ignored list and run it as administrator. Am i right? lol

Dude, every cracked game you will download will always have a false positive. It's cracked ! It's not the original file that is running but a file that teams like R.G. Mechanics, nosteam etc. create so that we can play these games. Otherwise, it would say "no disc inserted" and would ask you for a keygen or something.

yes. i´m 33. I´m no cracker but i´m no noob at all. I know what false positive are and what cracks are. That beying said i downloaded lots of games but few are detected on AV as trojans/malware/spyware/backdoors...this was one of it and you can do a quick search to find this is a real threat and not a false positive.

i know how to configure my av or firewall, thanks. But if i give a freeway to a trojan that wouldn´t be very intelligent move wouldn´t it?

Awesome game..

Returned turn based gaming to the forefront.

Make SURE you get the Long war mod, its almost a second full game (and its 10 times as hard)

Yes avesum ,if you never played any tbs on consoles(or emulated). Just a OK game,must be more advanced to be avesum.Not so simplified if compared to original UFO: Enemy Unknown.

How did u get it to work? I get an error when i install it, something about not finding the game exe, but it is there.. it just a cracked exe.
