The moment that they waited so long for has arrived, Litsis gets back his gun in a grand ceremony that ends in... screaming! However, the honor and recognition of the work that these two detectives, Litsis and Fugas, have done comes when it is announced to them that the Turkish ambassador has chosen them to be his personal guard. Preparations for the security measures are major and all seems to be going well. Suddenly, a phone call alerts them that there will be an attempt on the ambassador of life at the reception to be given in his honor. The Litsi's stress, childhood fears and a joke between colleagues keep the Greek-Turkish relations hanging by a thread.

Η στιγμή που τόσο περιμένανε έφτασε, ο Λίτσης παίρνει πίσω το όπλο του σε μια μεγαλοπρεπή τελετή που τελειώνει με… ουρλιαχτά! Όμως, η τιμή και η αναγνώριση του έργου των δύο ντετέκτιβ, Λίτση και Φούγκα, έρχεται όταν τους ανακοινώνεται ότι ο Τούρκος πρέσβης τους επέλεξε για προσωπική του φρουρά. Οι ετοιμασίες για τα μέτρα ασφαλείας μεγάλες και όλα δείχνουν να πηγαίνουν καλά. Ξαφνικά όμως, ένα τηλεφώνημα τους προειδοποιεί ότι θα γίνει απόπειρα κατά της ζωής του πρέσβη στην δεξίωση που πρόκειται να δοθεί προς τιμήν του. Το άγχος του Λίτση, οι φόβοι απ’ την παιδική του ηλικία και μια πλάκα μεταξύ συναδέλφων κρατάνε τις ελληνοτουρκικές σχέσεις από μια κλωστή.
