@ coolsbj, it means the stuff in this torrent is only 0 weeks old. So in other words it is very new. The comics in this torrent are published by Marvel, DC and all others only in the last week. So it is the highest status in ripper/scanner land one can get; to be the first one to get it ripped/scanned.
The hitlist shipjolly also puts on here are therefor comics that are atleast 1 week old, but can be 70 years old. So anything that has been scanned/ripped in the last week, but are not published recently.
So if you are looking for the Batman comic that came out last week, then look here in the 0-day. If you are looking for a new scan of Spiderman #10 (1963) then look in the hitlists.
