WE cleaned it adjusted some nuts and bolts here and there lol and here it is. We used the russian version as it was a larger file with more bitrate. Increased brightness for dark parts cleaned it up lowered the saturation to eliminate cross color talk lowered contrast to eliminate bright spots and sharpened.
