:: Trama ::

James Bond è ricercato dal killer Francisco Scaramanga, che colpisce le sue vittime con proiettili d'oro. I killer agisce per conto di una misteriosa organizzazione di Hong Kong, che intende sfruttare un apparato per la captazione dell'energia solare (inventato da uno scienziato britannico), per la costruzione di un'arma segreta. Recatosi in estremo Oriente, Bond non tarda a scoprire che il capo della gang è l'industriale cinese Hai Fah, cui presto si sostituisce lo stesso Scaramanga. Impegnato in un mortale duello, Bond raggiunge l'ambizioso killer nell'isolotto che gli fa da covo.
