Os pupilos do Mestre dos Magos precisam procurar um rio místico que uma vez por ano, durante cerca de 1 minuto, inverte seu curso. Nesse período o rio pode levá-los para casa. Eric levianamente respira o odor de uma bela flor e acaba se transformando numa fera do pântano. Após encontrarem o rio, os garotos precisam enfrentar um monstro que represa o rio que corre ao contrário e escraviza feras do pântano, libertar os escravos, ir pra casa pelo rio e reverter a transformação sofrida por Eric.

Six children get on a new rollercoaster at a fairground in hopes of finding an exciting time, though when they depart from the ride, they discover that they’re in a mystical world that is quite different from their own. With the help of a mysterious individual named Dungeon Master, the children given proper attire to reflect their abilities and they are told that they must work together and use their abilities in order to get back to their home world.
