[1.02] Black Ops III Fix 4.70

Fix Pkg for the 1.02 update of Black Ops 3. This will only work for firmwares 4.70 and higher.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the pkg on the root of your USB
2. Insert your USB into your PS3
3. Install the pkg
4. Run the game
