The game is poorly optimized. I can run MGS V better than this game. You have to have a fairly decent system to run it despite the low system requirements it mentions for it.

The game is just badly made in general. It has massive clipping problems. If one is completely and utterly obsessed over over these kinds of things it would be worth pursuing but otherwise stay away from it.
