It lets you to drive on the 'Death Road' or ''Youngus Pass'' and "Austrailian Outbacks" whre you will drive Road Trains. And the "Tuktoyuk Winter Road", one of the dangerous icy roads in the world. You will need extreme skills and focus to deliver your cargo.
