1963 FA Cup Final - Manchester United v Leicester City 3-1

This was the second cup final that Manchester United had qualified for following the Munich Air disaster of 1958. The newly built team had as its focus new signing Denis Law and Munich survivor and soon-to be England great, Bobby Charlton.

Leicester were heavily fancied to win this match but it was a performance of class and striking panache from United's twin strike force of Denis Law and David Herd which won the day for the Red Devils.
