TRAMA (Italiano)

Dopo essere stata aggredita in un cimitero da quello che sembra un pazzo, Barbara riesce a trovare rifugio in una piccola casa di campagna. In questa si sono rifugiate anche altre persone, Ben, un uomo di colore, Tom e Judy, due fidanzati, i cognugi Cooper con la figlia ferita. La casa viene assediata da quelli che si riveleranno essere dei morti viventi, risorti forse per delle radiazioni diffusesi da una sonda spaziale. Nel tentativo di arginare l'avanzata degli zombies (questa parola non viene mai pronunciata nel film), i rapporti fra gli occupanti della casa peggiorano fino a raggiungere tragici risultati.
