The game isn't released yet. That patch is not available any where cause ubisoft hasn't even released any update yet. There is not one single person yet that has any other version than 1.0.

Jesus people the game works. I'm playing it. You have to delete patch.dat and patch.fat in data_win32 folder to fix map. To fix shadows set AO to ssao I think. Runs maxed @1080p with msaa @60 fps with my gtx780 and i5 3570k. Some people are saying it has a bitcoin miner in it because of high gpu usage. How they automatically came to that conclusion because of high gpu usage is beyond me I've had no trouble with anything.

High gpu usage during a gpu bound game. If you have high gpu usage in this game thats a good thing. That means ubisoft actually did some decent optimizations. It still needs a little work. There are micro stutters and a few graphic glitches. The day one patch and new game optimized drivers should fix this. People make the stupidest comments some times. Have fun playing i'm enjoying it alot.
