4th Generation Pokemon Evolution Editor

Allows you to be able to evolve pokemon without trading them and select which levels they evolve at, Works with 4th generation pokemon roms only (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold, SoulSilver).

To use the evolution editor open it up select which pokemon you want to edit then press save before switching to another, then open your emulator up and load the rom and it will work. Please note its not 100% perfect for example i changed a pkmn to evolve into an entirely different pokemon and it lost 3 levels.
