i get this error when i try to install on windows 8
(pic attached)

'a dll required for this install could not be found'

First, thanks a lot for uploading this torrent :)

But I'm having a problem. When I try to import the texts packs, I get that error in the picture.
(There was an error importing the file. Please make sure you are using a valid tpc file)
I installed this on windows 7 and 8.1 and I get the same error (and yeah, I made sure that I was trying to import the text packs for windows)
Any help please?
