I didn't rate it at all. For the record I am MCITP certified and I know exactly what I'm talking about. An exe is an executable file that runs a program or script. It however does not self-extract a compressed set of files. Just in case you don't believe me.

The "scary" .EXE is a self-extracting compressed file that unpacks to provide 737 short .MP3 files suitable for use on mobile-phones. There is nothing wrong with this torrent nor it's contents.

People rating it bad don't understand how to use computers and should probably return them to the shop for a refund. IMHO.

sounds like a virus with that .exe i wouldn't download this file
