This is Windows 98 SE, not version 1.
Installation Instructions:
1) Insert the 6.22 Boot floppy into the drive/Mount it
2) Type FDISK, enter, then hit enter until it restarts
3) Type FORMAT C:, enter, Y, enter, Whatever you wanna call it, enter
4) Put in ISO and type A:setup.exe
