PLOT:



When real estate tycoon Alexander Malone (Tom Arnold) sets in motion a proposal to turn the small ski town of Fillmore into a posh year-round resort he finds himself up against local attorney (Nicole Eggert) who will do whatever possible to stop the demolition of the town. Alexander sends in his protégé and soon to be son-in-law Rick Field (David O'Donnell) to sway the locals, but when Rick returns to his small hometown to seal the deal, he realizes the lawyer who has been causing all the headaches is his old college sweetheart Lisa Donahue.
