This is a manual for the American citizen to use to assist them in protecting themselves and maintaining Normal Civility in their neighborhood during the time of an emergency that would lead to a Crisis. It is compiled from the view of Special Operations soldiers.

This includes one of the best tables I've seen of possible events, their likelihood, and the effects those events will have and which could lead to a shortage of critical life supplies and services, long term crisis, or a failure of civility.

The book is now out of print and the web site is unresponsive. Originally in a 8.5 x 11" format, it holds up well as an epub. Also included in a pdf are forms and checklists from the book suitable for printing. Used copies on A____n are selling for $450.00.
