This send-up of spy and suspense movies focuses on William Beddoes, an American businessman travelling in Lisbon, who is mistaken for a British secret agent. When shady characters such as Antonio and Celeste da Costa come to believe that Beddoes is carrying a caché of valuable diamonds, he is pursued through a variety of gorgeous Mediterranean locales, aided by beautiful blonde Amy Franklin.
