For the size it is very nice quality, there is a it of artifacts and loss of quality but for 200MB is freaking good so 9/9. Whether or not this is actual 720p I don't know. HEVC does a nice job with the size too - just be careful new users, you will need an app that can play x265 like newer versions of VLC :)
