Nobuo Uematsu of Final Fantasy fame joined forces with the classical singer Kanon in producing their New World in musical fantasy. Kanon wrote lyrics for Uematsu's grand instrumentals such as Final Fantasy Main Theme, Prelude and Nakama wo Motomete, her mysterious voice adds a veil of velvet over the melodies.
