The plot of A Taste Of Money centers around the efforts of sleazy porn movie producer Mr. Flowers (Paul Thomas) to convince Constance Money to do another adult film. To help out, he contacts her one time co-star Jamie Gillis who is now down on his luck and needs money to support his entourage of harem girls, cackling midgets, an overweight snake charmer and transsexual torch singer Bambi Snyder! To his credit as an actor, Jamie Gillis manages to convince the audience of the reality of his off the wall lifestyle.

It turns out that, having retired from porn, Constance Money is leading a happy housewife existence with the man of her dreams (Blair Harris), but he is fooling around behind her back. The real cause of their break-up however is Blair’s insistence on moving to Las Vegas to pursue an uncertain career as a musician. This leaves her free to contemplate the offer of a porn comeback, and she seeks advice from longtime friends John Leslie and Sharon Mitchell.
