'Preferences → Licenses → Get Automatic Update / Send Usage Data Off'
5. Some Anti-virus software detects the 'Ableton LivePatch [io]' as a virus.
Turn your AV software off while installing to have an activation.
If it asks for activation - drag-n-drop the file 'Authorize.auz' to your activation window.
It is unpacked by default to the 'С:ProgramDataAbletonLive 9 SuiteProgram' directory. (It is hidden by default)
