Couldn't find this game so I bought it and decided to share in WBFS format if you want ISO use Wii Backup Manager to convert. Tested with 4.2 USB Loader works perfectly.

Description of Action Girlz Racing

Formerly available for only European PS2s, Data Design Interactive brings its unique brand of sassy go-kart racing to North American shores in Action Girlz Racing. Players can take control of eight different teenage characters, each with her own attitude and style, and race around unique courses like a fairy tale castle, a holiday resort, and the school hallways. Drivers tilt their Wii Remote to steer around courses filled with weapons, shields, speed boosts, and jumps, and completing daytime and nighttime races help players unlock new characters and courses.
