How To Use (Read Carefully)

First Step (get the game)

The game needs to be fully updated.

Second Step (get Steam):

Step 1:

In order to avoid errors its recommend to start with a fresh Steam installation.

Step 2:

Install Steam in a new folder (for example: “C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteam”)

Once Steam its installed and updated, the login screen will pop up, just close it.

Step 3:

Copy the game files (downloaded in first step) into the steamapps inside your fresh Steam installation folder (for example if you had

installed Steam in: “C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteam” then you have to copy the files to “C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteam

steamappscommonJust Cause 3”)

Note that the folder “Just Cause 3” won’t exist in your fresh installation, you have to create it and paste the game files inside.

Step 4:

Download the appmanifest file clicking on the link below, and copy it to the same steamapps folder from the previous step (for

example: “C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteamsteamapps)

Step 5:

Download the Activator & license by clicking on the link bellow and extract it to the Steam folder (for example: “C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteam”).

Grab the License and a password from the download link.

Step 6:

Open “Activator.exe” and insert your license.




Step 7:

In the next screen you have to select where is your fresh Steam.exe location in your file system. Click on Choose and browse to your

Steam.exe file don’t just change the Path (in the previous example we had installed it on “C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteam”)

Just proceed clicking on “Start Activator”.




Step 8:

In the next screen you will have to introduce your password (You had obtained this password with your license)



Click “Start the Activator” and Steam will start trying to activate your game.


Step 9:

If your game couldn’t activate (which will be the most common scenario) you will see the next popup in your screen.



This popup will close automatically. The Activator will now run in background and tries to activate again in 5 minutes and repeat the

process untill the game is activated.

Keep in mind that this process will repeat over and over again untill the game is activated, so you will constantly see that popup in

your screen untill the successful activation.

If the game is activated it will start and you will see the game launcher on your screen. The Activator will wait untill the game is

fully activated, then it will switch Steam to offline mode automatically(Your Mouse will move automatically don’t be scared)..

Once your Steam is in offline mode you will be able to play the game whenever you want.

If you close Steam or restart your Computer please be sure to start the Game using “Start Game.exe” in your Steam Folder (for example:

“C:Program Files (x86)DelceSteamStart Game.exe”) or you will lose the game and you will have to actívate it again.
