Not a scam but there was no ultimate activator added to the file and there was no way to authenticate the program. no mad but diapointed, it took 5 days to download :0).

Waste of time and bandwidth. After 5 days of trying I still cannot get beyond 32.1% downloaded. This has to be either a scam or gross incompetence.

Is this a scam? No-one is seeding and the overall file does not seem to be fully available. A lot of people are wasting their valuable bandwidth, trying to download something that cannot be completed.
