Anyway, yes, Romanian and Greek has officially dropped out from CS6 while Hebrew & Arabic exists only locale setting / help file while the main interface has reverted to English.

Instructions: Just double click and install. To uninstall a particular language pack, just uninstall the entire Photoshop CS6.

Presently, to install another Photoshop's language of another region, you will need to download the entire full trial suite (About 1Gb) . With this, you can just download the required languages without repeating the same download.

The official Adobe Regions are:

Middle East & Northern African (fr_MA, en_AE, en_IL, en_US, fr_FR)

Japan & Northern American (en_US, fr_CA, es_MX, ja_JP)

East Asian (zh_CN, zh_TW, ko_KR)

Western Europe (en_GB, da_DK, de_DE, es_ES, fi_FI, fr_FR, fr_CA, it_IT, nb_NO, nl_NL, pt_BR, sv_SE)

Eastern Europe (cs_CZ, hu_HU, pl_PL, tr_TR, ru_RU, uk_UA)

Is your PS CS6 installed as a portable version? Since I did not test on portable versions.

I have the same problem, no portable version.

By the way, you will need to get your own serial (Buy / crack etc is out of my responsibility) and install from Photoshop DVD / download from Adobe website for trial. Please do not take this as Photoshop Full Version download as all the files contain specific official language packs extracted from Adobe source.
