There is not a virus on this software. I just checked it for viruses and it came out clean. Some points that will help you. First, @TheStrength's s/n works great. Second, don't register cracked software online. That's not smart. Check the option that says you will print the form and mail it in. Third, after you install Photoshop 7, you will receive a message about the scratch disk. Just click okay and the message will disappear, and Photoshop will open normally. It works great and it's safe.

First disable user account control
then the access denied will go away
