directories are not because Photoshop does not write data there. Also.. if
CameraLens are present.. Photoshop can detect & use.

* Forgot about my brothers & sisters across the pond: EnglishGB
* Added automatic redirection of CameraRaw's cache directory to:
PhotoshopPortable > Data > CameraRaw Cache.
(this cache directory has the potential to balloon to a few GBs,
by redirecting here.. it prevents performance degradation.)
