Progressive Death metaller from United Kingdom ' Ageless Oblivion ' stated that their second studio album titled ' Penthos ' will soon be released by Sub Label of ' Century Media Records ' i.e. ' Siege Of Amida Records ' version of the Cd and Digital Download on March 17, 2014 in Europe and March 18, 2014 in US.

The recording was done at 'Skyhammer Studio' once again with the producer 'Chris Fielding'. 'Chris Fielding' previous also handle their first album entitled ' Temples of Transcendent Evolution ' in 2010. The process of Mixing and Mastering was done in ' Hertz Studios' and began in December 2013.

UK progressive death outfit AGELESS OBLIVION has unveiled their brand new full-length, Penthos, set for release on March 17th in Europe and on March 18th in North America (digital only) via SOAR/Century Media Records.

Produced by Chris Fielding (NAPALM DEATH, ELECTRIC WIZARD) and mixed by Hertz Studios (BEHEMOTH, DECAPITATED), Penthos is a devastating blend of MORBID ANGEL-death metal, AKERCOCKE-style blackened heaviness and NEUROSIS-inspired soundscapes. The result is a jaw-dropping effort that takes the unique template of the band's debut record, Temples Of Transcendent Evolution, to the next level, fully cementing AGELESS OBLIVION's signature sound.

Dom Lawson of Metal Hammer described AGELESS OBLIVION as "The actual future of Metal". A huge statement, but one that becomes totally justified upon listening to the sheer magnitude and ambition of Penthos.

Penthos is an exhibition in carefully blended and precisely mastered brutality.

It is fair to say that Ageless Oblivion are one of the most exciting bands in Metal at the moment.
