X24 is better than all the rest and give almost DVD quality even at 700Meg. X264 should be the new choice for the down loader and the ripping community! Let them know you want better quality! High Definition monitors demand better codecs as Dinx and Xvid no longer are good enough for the demands of advancing technology. All the Divx/Xvid encodes will have to be redone at some point so the sooner people switch over to advanced codecs the better for everyone. Try this small file out to see what I mean. Even though this is a very long movie it can still be delivered at 700M with great quality...and quality is whats its all about, NOT quantity. These are just my thoughts and opinions....

American Beauty 1999



Lester Burnham is suffering a mid-life crisis that affects the lives of his family, which is made up of his super bitch of a wife Carolyn and rebelling daughter Jane, who hates him. Carolyn is a real estate agent, a little too wrapped up in her job, who takes on an affair with business rival Buddy Kane. Meanwhile Jane seems to fall in love with Ricky Fitts, the strange boy next door, who is a drug dealer/documentarian and lives under a roof governed by a very strict marine father and a speechless mother. Lester's mid-life crisis causes him to drastically change his life around when he quits his job and works at a fast food restaurant. He starts working out to gain the attention of Angela, a friend of Jane's, who brags about her sexual exploits every weekend. Lives change and not for the best.

Pinky Review: I HIGHLY recommend this movie. 10 years later it is still one of my favorite movies. It can be very dark and sometimes funny. I almost skipped over this movie when it came out because it did not seem like the kind of movie I would enjoy. I am so glad I watched it. It will keep you thinking even after the movie is over and that is something special. 5 out of 5 Stars!
