don't know why but the video is scrambled, like an egg.

Ive checked it in MPC-HC and VLC plays fine

although VLC if turn of some of the features
to make it handle bigger files may make it less smooth.. maybe reset prefs

but I say most likely you downloaded it on FAT32 drive which is damaged..
1) scandisk your download partition
2) reboot
3) utorrent right click on torrent file and
say recheck hash.. if comes back not 100 percent then it got damaged and needs to replace the bad chunks again

then it should play fine
