Trama

La storia si svolge a East High Falls Green, dieci anni dopo il primo film di American Pie. I nuovi protagonisti di questo film sono tre vergini nuovissimi e sfortunati: Rob (Bug Hall), Nathan (Kevin M. Horton) e Lube (Brandon Hardesty).
Una notte Rob accidentalmente si trova nella biblioteca della scuola, e trova la Bibbia, creato dal signor Levenstein (Eugene Levy). Sfortunatamente per loro, il libro è rovinato e con consigli incompleti, portandoli così ad un divertente viaggio in cui perderanno la loro verginità.
Allora decidono di impegnarsi a ricostruire il libro, e per fare questo, devono trovare l’autore originale del libro (Levinstein) e tutte le altre persone che hanno scritto sul libro.
