i found the english readme on the net here it is just incase anyone else needs it

When you first start the game will require activation. Press\n

on the Activate Full Version! and enter FACK FACK FACK FACK\n

then click on the Redeem Code and enter FACK FACK FACK FACK (Angry Birds Rio got registered with FACK-FACK-FACK-FACK)\n

In the Classic , click on any of the episodes with the lock and enter the code. switch the game in Windowed / Full Screen keys can ALT + Enter\n
