No, MGS was a different thing, it had Denuvo DRM so that was hard to break. Anno 2205 has Uplay DRM and will get a proper crack (or scene crack) very soon..

all you do is navigate into bin/64 or something like that and run the crack, not the chinese thing, you can delete that, but either way nothing is working atm so doesn't really matter.
