Summary :
For years, the kingdoms of Segua and Ninteldo have been locked in a bitter, brutal war to control the land of Consume. The blue-eyed Segua soldiers have been on the defensive, while the red-eyed Ninteldo warriors remain in power, controlling 90% of the world. That is, until a man named Gear blessed extraordinary speed joins the Segua army after the death of his friend, an act that may turn the tide of battle in the underdog's favor.
