Description (Fall of Setarrif):

Face the last challenge - determine destiny!

A new threat casts its shadow over the Southern Isles. A mysterious demon, consumed by hatred, terrifies the population and pools his force against the coastal city of Setarrif. The dramatic situation exacerbates after a volcanic eruption in the mountains nearby. Thereupon the nameless hero joins forces with his strongest allies and courageously faces the new menace.

Even after king Rhobar III was freed from the demons control, the struggle apparently is not over. The king already ordered his armies to conquer Setarrif, but so far no word from his troops, or the frantic population for that matter, has gotten through.

Additional repack notes

• ArcaniA.MULTi9-PROPHET is based on Steam re-release, which doesn't have SecuROM protection anymore, but has some nasty shader bugs (like shadows on NPC faces). While installing my repack you may select an option to fix it, at a cost of no-MD5-perfectness.
  
• In basic Fall of Setarrif release all European speech files are packed inside one big archive. For the purpose of selective download voice files were extracted and installed only for selected language. Game engine read those files just fine. Extracted files left intact, of course. And all other files of FoS are MD5-perfect.
  
• Fall of Setarrif movies for Russian version were re-encoded from original movies by developers, and quality dropped. I fixed this issue by taking the video streams of original movies and muxing it with audio tracks from Russian version. The quality of both video and audio is left intact, no re-encoding.
  

Selective Download

You can skip downloading of language files or you don't need.
Pay attention to archives, needed for several languages, don't skip them. Here is the list of selective files:

In example, if you want to launch the game with Russian UI/Subtitles/Voiceovers - skip all "selective" files,
but download setup-fitgirl-selective-russian.bin & all main files (01-11).



Problems during installation?

If you experience errors (Xdelta or Unarc ones) during installation, try the following things:

• Make sure your Windows username doesn't contain non-latin symbols. Use only latin characters & numbers
  
• Re-hash torrent (in Utorrent point to the game entry, stop download/upload, then click right mouse button, then click "Force Re-check")
  
• Disable antivirus (INCLUDING Windows Defender), it can delete installation files or cracks on-the-fly
  
• Set UAC to a minimum level, otherwise some parts of the installer won't run due to restricted rights
  
• Make sure you have at least as two times more virtual memory, than actual, physical RAM
  
• Make sure you have enough space on target drive & on C: drive (or whatever system drive you have)
  
• Try install the game NOT to C: (system) drive OR specifically to C: drive (Windows rights system is a tricky thing)
  
• Check your Windows folder (and below) for unarc.dll - if this file exists, delete it
  
• Reboot in Safe Mode and install the game
  
• Run setup with proper rights, as shown on this image:
