Build single and multi-page php forms (a multi-page form shows a sequence of form pages through which the user can navigate) using Arclab Web Form Builder. You can design online contact forms, registration forms, booking forms, feedback forms and other web forms using a visual environment without any coding or knowledge of php and HTML. The usage is very simple ... just add a command/keyword to your host page and let the program do the rest. You can create the form in a new web page or add the form to an existing web page. The software supports multiple ways to add a form to your host page: load a HTML host page directly into the program, add an iframe to your page or use "php include" to include the form to an existing php page.

Customize your Form
Arclab Web Form Builder includes all types of form elements, like text, number, drop-down lists, date selection, radio buttons, checkboxes etc. ... A special form element is "file upload", which allows the user to send a document or image. The software includes some pre-defined form elements, like e.g. "Country", "State", "Language", which will save you a lot of time. The input format and syntax can be verified (e.g. verify that the user has entered an email address), input elements can be defined as "Required Field" and error messages can be customized for each form element. Arclab Web Form Builder also includes a built-in multi-style "Captcha" as challenge-response test to ensure that the form was filled out by a human and not by a bot.

Upload the Form to your Web
Arclab Web Form Builder will output a single php file containing the complete form and processing code. Just upload a single php file to your web site even if you have created a complex form with multiple pages. There is no additional installation on the web server required. The script uses php (version 5 or newer) which is running and pre-installed on most web sites. The generated form is based on HTML and will work with all browsers on computers and mobile devices. It does not require cookies, so it will also works if your user has disabled cookies in the browser.

Gather the Results
Just open the uploaded web form in your browser and the php script displays the form. It generates an email out of the submitted form content after the user hits submit on the (final) form page. The form submission can be mailed to a single or multiple recipients in text, HTML or XML format. An optional autoresponder or custom message can be sent to the person filling out the form. The web form and also the email are in utf-8 format, which supports all languages and international characters. The form results will arrive directly in your inbox after the user hits submit.

Private and Secure
Arclab Web Form Builder is a software product for Windows PC and not an online service. You can build the php web form on your local computer and upload the form to your own web site. It runs on your (hosted) Linux or Windows based web server. The form is running on your own web site - the form is not hosted "somewhere else" and no 3rd party has access to the submitted form data.
