A college professor, widowed when his FBI agent wife is killed in a botched 'anti-terrorist' operation, becomes increasingly obsessed with the sub-culture and mindset of 'anti-government' groups. The arrival of friendly new neighbors, with children that his son can befriend, lifts his spirits. He is even beginning to see another woman. However, he soon begins to suspect something is odd about the neighbors Are they terrorists... or is the stress of losing his wife merely driving him past the point of paranoia?
